But if I skate the park, there are always people with apparently tight pants. But the ants are cut, because the knee. What are they buying, not what they do? if so, where and how. and because its so hot outside, I live in Arizona.

Normally, when guys rip their tight pants. Basically cut, they are just super tight pants knees.
To make easy, or simply looking for shorts in the women's section of clothing stores.
